Spread Some Good and Chobani Giveaway!

You all know about Chobani, the amazing Greek yogurt with all the fun flavors and a healthy serving of protein, don’t you?  I happen to adore Chobani, and it is my favorite Greek yogurt, no question.  Back when I was living in Boston, I would go through several containers a week.  Now that I live in Northwestern PA, I can’t find my favorite yogurt ANYWHERE :(.  Shari and Chobani were so nice, and sent me a whole bunch of yogurt to satisfy my craving!

I immediately tore into the pineapple yogurt which I have been wanting to try for quite some time.

I usually tend to prefer 0% fat yogurt, but I figured that even though this flavor was 2% I would have to give it a try.  Boy, am I glad I did!  I made a simple yogurt mess with TJ’s trail mix and a little star thistle honey.  I then proceeded to INHALE this.  I think this might be my new favorite flavor!  A lot of yogurts have very fake tasting fruit, but this tasted just like fresh pineapple mixed with yogurt, which is just what it is :).  Sweet, but not too sweet, and tropical!  Yum!

Here’s another thing I love about Chobani, other than the taste.  The mission of the company.  Their motto says it all:

NOTHING BUT GOOD

So not only is their product good, but they do good themselves!  They donate 10% of their profits to charities worldwide supporting a variety of causes.  They also provide a link on their site to help YOU spread some good, sharing volunteer opportunities in your area. Chobani will also takes suggestions for charities or organizations in your area which you think they should support! Send them your ideas!

On the Chobani site, there is a whole slew of pages dedicated to the charities they support.  Now that you have clicked on that link, get ready for the fun part!

Chobani has offered to give one lucky Live, Love, Eat and Play reader their own variety pack of yogurt!  The giveaway includes:

  • 4 peach yogurts
